Located in the southern edge of Ulster County, the house is between the historic towns of the Hudson River Valley to the east and trails, waterfalls, artistic retreats and skiing resorts to the north. Situated on 20 acres of terraced hillside connected to the Sundown Wild Forest and the Catskill State Forest, the house is the perfect spot for hiking year-round.
With 3,500 square feet of living space, four baths, two separate master suites, a gym, three outdoor spaces, and acres of grounds, Quiet Summit House offers plenty of privacy and comfort.
Radiant in-floor heating, a Jotul wood stove, and morning sun through the 17-foot high wall of glass keep the Great Room warm in the fall and winter.
